We're looking forward to welcoming you to Sorella! Here are a few things to know before your visit to help make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible.
Reservations & Dining Times
We offer a 15-minute grace period for reservations. If you're running late, please give us a call at 414-301-6255 so we know you're on your way.
To help us welcome guests throughout the evening, reservations are allotted the following dining times:
1–3 guests: 1 hour, 30 minutes
4 guests: 1 hour, 45 minutes
5 guests: 2 hours
6 or more guests: 2 hours, 15 minutes
A 20% service charge is applied to parties of six or more guests. Split checks are limited to three per table.
Larger Parties & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy — Parties of 5 or More
We understand that plans change! Reservations for parties of five or more may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the reservation time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a $25-per-person cancellation fee.
If something comes up on the day of your reservation, please give us a call. We're happy to work with you whenever possible.
Credit Card Requirements
For parties of five or more, a credit card is required to secure your reservation. You'll have 24 hours to add a card on file, or the reservation will automatically be canceled.
Parties of 16 or More
For groups of 16 or more, we offer a preset family-style menu. Our team will be happy to work with you to plan a menu for your gathering.

Dining Areas
When making a reservation through OpenTable, you may request a dining room table, bar seating, or patio seating. We always do our best to accommodate your preference, but specific seating areas cannot be guaranteed.
Our Heated Tent
During cooler months, our outdoor tent is heated to approximately 70°F, with a central fire pit and heaters around the perimeter. Temperatures may vary near openings and edges, so we recommend dressing accordingly.
Please keep in mind that we may not be able to move tent reservations indoors.
Parking & Accessibility
Free street parking is available along Kinnickinnic Avenue (KK) and the surrounding side streets.
Accessible parking and an accessible entrance are located behind the building, accessible from the alley off Otjen Street.
