Policies

We have a 15-minute grace period; please call us if you are running late.

Tables of 1 - 3 are reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Tables of 4 are reserved for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Tables of 5 are reserved for 2 hours.

Tables of 6 or more are reserved for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

A 20% service charge will be applied to all parties of 6 or greater. Split checks are limited to 3 per table.

Large Party Policies: 5 or more guests

• Cancellation Policy:
  You may change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your reservation time. After that window, the reservation is considered firm.
  No‑shows or late cancellations will incur a $25‑per‑person fee.

• For parties of 5 or more:
  A credit card is required to hold the table. You’ll have 24 hours to place a card on file or the reservation will automatically cancel. The cancellation policy applies.

• Parties of 16 or more require a pre-set family-style menu and fall under the aforementioned policies. Our event manager or GM can help you with menu suggestions with your input and guidance. They can be reached at pdamora@sorellamke.com or pbrhely@sorellamke.com.

Dining Areas

Open Table allows guests to request their table type: regular, bar, or patio. We do our best to honor these selections. However, table types are not guaranteed.

Our outdoor tent is heated to approximately 70 degrees, with some drafts near openings and edges. A fire pit is in the middle, accompanied by heaters along the perimeter. Please dress appropriately for tent reservations, as we will most likely not be able to move your table inside.

Parking & Accessibility

Free street parking is available on KK and surrounding side streets. Handicap parking and access are behind the building in the alley off Otjen Street.
